Today, Crystal was talking about relaxation. In class we watched a videos about different kinds of relaxation therapies. The first one was deep breathing, in this exercise, we would breathe in our nose, and hold, then exhale through our mouths. The hardest part was probably holding our breaths for a long period of time. Our next exercise required us to tense our muscles, then relax them slowly. We started from our feet up. After that we practiced mindful eating, in this we have a candy, and we’d put candy in our mouth, and slowly eat it. Instead of quickly eating them, we keep it in our mouths longer, so we could fully taste them. Here are some of the videos she shared with us.
