1. I am the LORD your God:
you shall not have
strange Gods before me.
You shall only worship in our Lord’s name and no other God
2. You shall not take
the name of the LORD your God in vain.
You shall only speak the lords name respectfully
3. Remember to keep holy the LORD’S Day.
You shall not disregard the Lord’s word to rest on this day by working and ignoring prayer
4. Honour your father and your mother
You shall not disrespect thy father and mother as they brought you into this world

You shall preserve and worship human life 6. You shall not commit adultery. You shall stay loyal and devote thyself to thy spouse 7. You shall not steal. You shall be thankful for what you have and not take what others posses 8. You shall not bear false witness You shall speak the truth and only the truth 9. You shall not covet You shall thank the Lord for your gifts 10. You shall not covet You shall thank God for what you have and allow you neighbour to do the same |
