Luke, Cody, and I are designing a movie rating system with the glyphs. We’ll likely be using pictures off of the computer for both the 6 different genres and the rating system itself, decorate a poster board or long sheet of paper, and once it is decorated hang it on the wall.
Savanna and I are doing Alerting the Hearing Impaired for our Glyph project. We will have a poster with a fire plan using bright colors. We will be explaining how it works, how to use it, and why the hearing impaired should have this plan in their homes, schools and workplace. Savanna and I will be splitting the work equally and will work on this project this weekend together.
Nick and I have decided to work on the Weather Reporting Project. We will gather information everyday from Mr. Saders Blackberry and make a poster for everyday of the following week with glyphs.
Me and doug are going to do a glyph project about the weather. On a glyph project, we are going to decorate the project, create new symbols for the glyph, find out what humidex is. We are also going to look at weather reports for the past week. We are also going to make this poster colorful and do our best on it.
Alain and I are planning on doing a glyph project about Movie Ratings. This glyph project will include a bar graph showing our information on 10 movies of the year 2008/09. We will be making a poster showing our bar graph and other information we will be having.
Krist and I have decided to make a Movie ratings glyph system for our project. We will gather our information for proffesionaly movie ratings from Rotten tomatos website. The movies we’ll be using will be G.I. Joe, Transformers; rise of the fallen, Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix, Yes man, 17 again, Twilight. The rating system will include the pro ratings from tomato, and star ratings on the actors and actresses from the movies. We’ll be using different colors and papers to make you understand it better. ps. Maybe a little glitter glue
