[...] God thinks of us as how we treat others, manage ourselves, and the way we live our lives whether in ... Treating others the way we want to be treated is one of God’s golden rules. Having the valuable trait of treating other people as you’d like to be treated at all times is an advantage in today’s world. No person wants to be treated poorly or without respect. The self control and natural quality of treating people with kindness and respect brings joy to countless people. People don’t understand how or when they treat their bodies below what God would want. Smoking, alcohol, and greedy diets are examples of enjoyment that are not what God wants. People believe if those examples make them feel good then the substance is good for their bodies and state of mind. The choice to live life without God is our own. God doesn’t necessarily want people to follow him but to live their lives with the compassion that God would. Choosing to live a healthy and spiritual life is the life God wants us to live. God doesn’t expect us to follow all his rules literally all the time. People make mistakes. The effort your putting into life and living healthy is what counts. God wants us to take the best of ourselves and make this world better with our traits that advance our lives in a positive way. [...]
