Artisan Bread

When we were making our artisan bread we had to make it in two different days.  On the first day we prepared pur dough to let it rise.  To make the dough we only needed four very simple ingredients.  We needed 3 cups of lukewarm water, 1 1/2 tbsp of active dry yeast, 1 1/2 tbsp of salt, and 6 1/2 cups of flour.  After adding all those together we mixed it up very well and then we let it sit overnight until the next morning.

The next morning it was very simple what we had to do.  We took the bread out of the bowl and cut it into 2 seperate pieces.  I got a piece of Morgan got a piece so we each had our own bread.  Once we got it cut we put it on two sepearte piece of parchament paper and nicely folded the dough under itself without handling it to much and making all the air bubbles pop.  Once we got it all folded under and neatly looking we made little cuts in the top of it.  Then we placed both pieces of parchament paper on the same cookie sheet and made it so that the bread could not touch.  Then our oven was preheated to 450 degrees fehrenheight.  We let it cook for 35 minutes and took it out and let it cool for a bit.  Once it was cooled off we got to cut it and make a grilled cheese sandwich that was absolutely delicious.
