GIMP Photoshopping – How To Make a “Find The 6 Differences” Picture

Some people think puzzles are fun, others, well… Not so much. But finding six differences in a picture can sometimes be easy OR hard, but mine is BOTH! All I really needed to do for this assignment was change color in certain areas, the REAL thing that was hard was to be VERY detailed for the specific areas of the picture I wanted to be color changed, and what I mean by “detailed” is that I had to look for EVERY specific angle of the specific item I wanted to color change, but of course, I can’t mention which part it was, so my hint is that “they grow in Florida, and they have thorns.” Once you find it, look VERY CLOSELY at the difference, there are angles that were VERY hard for me to find on that object! The irony of something easy to find is that it is sometimes hard to edit! Here’s the original image to get a hint:

All I had to do was select a specific image, now obviously I won’t show which ones because… Well… DUH! However, I CAN show you what I did to edit the image! The one MAIN step I had to do throughout this ENTIRE assignment was to use “Hue-Saturation” for the objects I selected:

Color change is the KEY to “Find The 6 Differences”

Unfortunately, I can’t show anything else other than this. If this was a different assignment I would show more screenshots, but as this post is titled “Find The 6 Differences” YOU must find what I have done.

This is the photo I had decided to edit using GIMP. You’re probably thinking that this is an easy photo to edit, but with the objects that I (emphasize on the I) decided to edit, at least 3/4 of the angles I had to get at weren’t easy to get at all, especially when the angles feel like they’re only 10 degrees, yes, at LEAST that much was that hard to edit! But enough talk already! It’s time for YOU to FIND THE 6 DIFFERENCES! This is what you must work with (original = top, edit = bottom):

GIMP Photoshopping – (BONUS ROUND – BeFunky) How To Make Your Own Bucket List Collage

For my final post about GIMP photoshopping, unfortunately, GIMP isn’t actually capable of creating collages, so, therefore, I used a website called “BeFunky” to get the job done.

On my own bucket list, I found what I wanted to do before I die, and that is of the following:

Own the Koenigsegg Agera RSR
Own the first 2020 Shelby Super Snake F-150
Build my own $25,000 gaming PC
Go on a race track

After finding the images  I wanted, I started my collage. I’ve never used Be Funky before, and I have to say, it was VERY simple! The only thing I truly needed to do was left OR right-click on the square I wanted to put an image in and then add subtitles to the image. And why I say that it was very simple to do is because there’s literally nothing hard about it! This is what it looks like when you start:

EASY!

Once I added the four photos into the collage, I edited them to have subtitles into the pictures and my end result was better than I anticipated, really! It looked like this:

End results of collage

I have to say, for a collage maker, this was one of the best, or maybe even THE best I have ever used! If YOU want to try, by all means! The website is called BeFunky and it is, once again, VERY easy to use!

GIMP Photoshopping – How To Color Change Images

Where I got the original image.

The original image is a 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport:

The second image was used with an editing process called “curves”. This allows me to change the brightness of the image:

The third image gets a little bit more interesting, this image was photoshopped to look like a different vehicle wrap with a different color background. To achieve this, I went under the option called “colors” and chose “Hue-Saturation” to make the image look different, and this is what I have achieved:

Last but not least, to make the colors of the image to look a little bit more vivid, again I went under “colors” and instead of “Hue-Saturation”, I selected “Brightness-Contrast” and achieved a more vivid image, so now the image looks like this:

Color changed 2017 Corvette Grand Sport

This is just the beginning of my photoshop work using GIMP, my next assignment I wish to create a much harder photoshopped image of duplicated images of myself.

On The Sidewalk Bleeding Assessment Activity: Who Am I?

One of my personal mottos is for when I’m out sledding, it is “When in doubt, throttle out!” By this, I mean, when you don’t think you’re going to be able to make to the top of a steep hill or some situation similar, pin it; just don’t do it when you’re in mid-air, otherwise, you may end up hurting yourself, in this case, use the brakes if your front end is directly in the air.

A symbol that represents myself is that in times like this, I can be quite the daredevil when it comes to speed. Sure, speed CAN cause death, but I’m the type of kid who says that speed is life! I was born for racing!

My attitude can be on the 55-45 side, I either wing it and go full throttle on a lot of things or be careful and watch out for oncoming objects such as BIG rocks or launch and drop hills, by launch and drop I mean, fly to the top of the hill and see all the land and everything else farther below you and the machine.

My strengths and/or talents are video gaming, ATVing, sledding and racing. As a matter of fact, I’ll be going drag racing either on the twenty-seventh this month at the Vermilion Airport,  with my 1996 Polaris XCR 440. This sled was specially built for racing, so I figured that it’s about time I use that thing. The engine that’s in it is a 2007 Liberty (IQ [specially built for sleds]) engine, in fact, everything under the hood is 2007 considering that the whole sled was a total loss. So my dad bought it from someone who does all these projects like this and we just got it out of the shop from getting it re-clutched. Sure, it may be somewhat dangerous when you’re going 90mph (130kph) but the only REAL rule you HAVE to follow is “Don’t kill yourself, the rest of the stuff you learnt, throw it in the trash!”

I hope to be one of the world’s famous drag racers as well as being one of the greatest Desktop Publishers someday in the future; it’s not every day you find someone who wants to have that kind of knowledge! Some people spend their college/university time trying to become a doctor, a scientist, or sometimes even a police officer, but not a lot of people are technology fanatics like me! I want to build the whole nine yards, such as a computer with 32Gb RAM with 8Tb Storage, a robotized car LIKE the Koenigsegg Regera with advanced AI, even an instant microwave! Who knows if that’s even possible, right?!

What I most like about myself is that I have a creative mind. I believe that building all this super advanced technology would make life A LOT easier! I don’t want a super slow reacting GPS to take me to my next destination, I want a super advanced car with advanced AI to see it’s surroundings and take me to the next destination with efficient speed and timing!

I am trying to improve my efficiency in working hard for exam time in school. I don’t want to slack off and not pass my exams so I don’t get the dream job that I want, I want the exact opposite! I do my best in bringing homework home even though I AM LIMITED for resources at home, but if I don’t get it done, I do it during lunch since I didn’t have the time at home. I do my best to keep on track with things, that’s what I like about myself.

Happy Camper

What are the typical problems facing teens today?
What is wrong with saying, “What’s wrong with teens today?”
How are you better and brighter than your parents’ generation?
How are the troubled students in more trouble than those of your parents’ generation?
When did women get to vote in Canada? The U.S.A.?
Have you ever “Left your campsite better than you found it”?
“Connect the dots.” What does that mean in your school?
How many times could you listen to “You Light Up My Life” by Debby Boon?
Do you know an adult that believes in you more than you believe in yourself?
Do you know someone you believe in more than they believe in themselves?
What is a “Happy Camper”? How can you spot them?
What is the pledge of the “Happy Camper”?

These are all questions people ask in today’s society. The sad thing about these questions is that teens themselves ask these questions because they don’t know what to expect to happen to them. As we watched our last episode of Mark Scharenbroich, we learn the pledge of the Happy Camper in the video. As the audience takes the pledge, we also learn that by being a Happy Camper, we must lead a good path for others to lead as well, by saying this, I mean we aren’t supposed to do EVERYTHING, but we’re supposed to do A LITTLE of everything. By no means are we supposed to leave a mess behind, but pick a little up and leave the rest for someone else to pick up. That’s what I mean when I say ” We aren’t supposed to do EVERYTHING, but we’re supposed to do A LITTLE of everything.” That’s what a Happy Camper is supposed to do, lead, divide and conquer, in a sense.

Set C:

2 Chronicles 5:11-14

What happens right before God’s presence fills the temple?

“In praise to the Lord, we dare to say: ‘For he is good,

for his steadfast love endures forever’,

the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.’ In doing this, all the Levitical singers, Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun, their sons and kindred, arrayed in fine linen, with cymbals, harps, and lyres, stood east of the altar with one hundred and twenty priests who were trumpeters, it was the duty of the trumpeters and singers to make themselves heard in unison in praise and thanksgiving to the Lord, and when the song was raised.”

1 Samuel 16:23

Who calms Saul and how?

David calms Saul by playing the lyre with his hand and as David plays the lyre, the evil spirit sent by God would be driven out of Saul and the two of them would be departed.
