Motivations are things that may get you going in the morning, or things that get you through hard or tough times. My motivations help me when I’m working in a specific area, or workplace. My main motivation is Support, which means that I like equality, help, and helping others. My second motivation is Achievement, whether it’s building something, or just working on a project, I like to feel like I did something useful, and that other people will admire my work. My other motivations are Independence, Relationships, Working Conditions, and Recognition, which you will read more about in my blog.

My primary motivation factor is Support.  I like to be supportive, and supported in workplaces. I also like workspaces where everyone is treated fairly, and equally. Support also means that I would like to, or will help someone in need in the workspace. I also like multiple examples of training, and trainors just to know what I have to do to become successful in the activity I enroll in.

My secondary motivation is Achievement. This indicates that I like to enroll in an activity where I can use my skills and knowledge to complete something in my own way. This also means that I like to do hard work, and then feel like I accomplished something, or part of something that I have been working on, or have finished working on.

Some other of my motivations are Independence. Where I like to work on my own projects, or activities other than enroll in group activities, This also indicates that I like to work at my own pace, and use my own directions, and my own ideas. It also means that I like to create images in my mind to use in building activities, or decorating activities.

Relationships. This means that I like to create a friendly environment with the people around me. It also means that if we work as a team, all of the team members can get along no matter what situation. I also like to be friendly to anyone no matter what, and create friendly relationships with people I meet, or work with.

Working Conditions. I like to work in places where there is a great benefit of our job or activity. I also like to work in places with great team mates, and great people. It also means that i like to work in places that are great working environments (where there’s no bad people, areas, etc).

Recognition. When people succeed in a project, or activity they have been working on, It’s important that they are recognized for their effort, and teamwork. This means people that work hard achieve promotions, recognitions, and celebration.

Many people want to know about things that may affect their life in the future. Whether their into Technology, or science. I would like to learn about Technical and Trades, computers, and science.

Technical and trades, this means that I like to learn about different types of tools, agriculture, and equipment. It also means that I like to create, and design products using different objects. I like to learn about Technical and Trades because I would like to be in the trades industry when i am older, so learning about it in school will give me a better understanding of what it’s like.

Computers, I enjoy learning about how to work with computers, or work on computers. It also helps me to understand technology better in some ways, and also helps me learn more about programming, and coding that may be useful in my future.

Knowledge helps me learn about things that I may or may not like to do in my future. I would be good at construction, programming, and many others if I continue to learn about Technical trades and Computers. I think that if I enroll in some of these things, I will be successful in my future.

My Interests

Many people have different interests in life, whether they want to be a nurse, or a mechanic. My interests are different from others, because I like to do things my own way, and go more freely than off of a planned subject. My interests are divided into 2 categories, realistic, and artistic (RA) or “the maker”. This means that I like to explore with many different tools, and objects to create something that may be useful, or just artistic.

Realistic means that I like to work freely, and by hand. It also indicates that I like to work by myself (preferably outside) instead of in a building with groups of people. I also don’t like to do a lot of paperwork for an activity that I am going to be doing, or have been doing. I am realistic because I also like to work with different varieties of tools and machines to complete a task, or activity.

Artistic means that I like to work with objects that I may find useful to create something with. It also means that I like to change things up in everyday life (work spaces, creations, etc). I am artistic because I like to create things without the use of instructions, or other blueprints.

Overall, I am a very creative person, whether it’s with arts and crafts, or with machines and tools. Everyone is different in many ways when it comes to their interests, but these are mine, and I hope i can do many things with them when I’m older.

My Personality

Everyone has a different personality, whether they’re outgoing, or shy. I have a personality of what you would call INFJ (Introversion, intuition, feeling and judging), or “the counselor”. This means that I like to self reflect, and think about ideas, or other thoughts quietly, and to myself.

In my life,  my energy towards others, and other things is called“Intraversion” . This means that I am more comfortable in smaller groups, than I am in larger groups. I also like to overthink decisions, and words before I say, or do them out in the open. It also means that I do not like to be focused on (don’t like too much attention). Intraversion personality means that I am more shy, than outgoing, and I would rather be alone, or with close friends other than with strangers, and people that I don’t know very well,

My second trait is Intuition, this means that I like to gather information, by gathering from other sites, or subjects to use in a situation where it could be useful to my liking. This also indicates that I like to think of things very clearly before doing, or saying something, and use them to make me understand a subject/ object better than I have previously.

Decision making, I make decisions by feelings. This means that I make my decisions about how I’m feeling, and about how other people are feeling. It also means that I over- think things in my mind to tell if something is going to be hurtful to me or other people before I say or do something.

My lifestyle/ structure is Judging. This means that I am thoughtful, and caring when it comes to people, and their decisions. I also am a good listener when people need to tell me something. I am also very organized when it comes to learning, and learning areas I work at. I also like organized learning styles, such as school notes, or activities.

My Learning Styles

My learning skills are divided in the categories, visual learning, Auditory learning, and kinesthetic learning. In the percentages, my visual learning is the highest at 36%, my Kinesthetic learning is the lowest at 31%, and my auditory learning is at 33%. This means that I have average learning techniques, and that I can benefit from learning any way.

Visual Learning:My visual learning is at the highest percentage of 36%, because I benefit the most by looking, and watching what I have to do to understand the subject better. I also like to take numerous notes to look at after the lesson, to know more about what we’re doing, or what we have been doing previously

Auditory Learning:My auditory learning percent is at 33%, because Yet I do like to write notes, and look at what I’m doing, I also learn by listening to teachers (speaking to me, and doing examples on the board), and watching videos on how to do a certain thing. This also helps me, because Watching someone else do something in front of me, or hearing what we have to do, gives me a better idea of what we’re learning about, and how we are supposed to do it.

Kinesthetic Learning: Kinesthetic learning is my weakest at 31%. I am not a hands on learner, I prefer to take notes, and listen, other than to do projects (posters, and presentations), and activities. But sometimes I benefit from this, because when I do a hands-on project, it helps me learn more about what I’m doing, and how to do it next time I try it whether I’m at home, or school.

Peoples Learning Styles may be different whether their most beneficial learning is visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learning. Everyone is different no matter what. Through this, I have learned that I benefit the most through Visual learning, and the least through kinesthetic learning, and that I am more comfortable with taking notes, and writing down things, other than to do hands-on projects, such as presentations or posters.
