Who am I? Personality Types

My personality type is ESFJ, which stands for Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging.

I am in between extroverted and intraversion. Extraversion means that you like to be in large groups of people, enjoys socializing, and gains energy when around others. The survey also says that they like being in the spotlight, and I definitely do not enjoy the spotlight. I do not always speak my mind but sometimes I do. Being intraversion means that you like being in smaller groups of people, and prefer to work alone. It depends on my mood if I want to work alone or not. If I want to get work done I will choose to do my work by myself. Being intraversion also means that I’m reserved and not likely to blurt things out, which I think is very true. I don’t blurt out unless I’m really excited and need to say something.

I prefer to process information by sensing. This means that I collect and present information in an orderly fashion. I am good at explaining ideas in an organized way, and rely on observations and measurements. The survey also says that I am always focused on details, and systematic.

When I am making decisions, whether they are important or not, I tend to go with my gut  most of the time. I will take into account the circumstances, and if/how my decisions affect people. The survey suggests that I’m caring.

I prefer to deal with the outside world by judging. This means that I’m thoughtful, judicious, organized and enjoys planning,  and prefers to complete goals and deadlines. I also seek closure to tasks, I am logical.
